度假酒店和度假产品比重上升态势。从事商务、会晤、高端酒店的比重已很高，国民休闲需求提高，势必导致度假酒店比重快速上升。非标准住宿产品大量增加，包括民宿、客栈、度假租赁。国内民宿增长很快，政府也把民宿作为重点发展方向在推。国内民宿存在问题：装修风格上较花俏，民宿的消防、饮食、洗涤用品均存在大量安全隐患。
民宿是对酒店的一种有益补充，1960年代，在英国就出现了B2B即家庭式招待，也叫农场假日协会分级;1951年，法国诞生第一家民宿，法国民宿联合会，1955年成立，迄今为止有5万6千家民宿;1959年-1960年期间，日本民宿采取许可制，目前控制在5000家左右;台湾民宿发展至今已20年，在90年底就出台了专门的台湾民宿管理办法。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
