据澳洲网援引《金融评论报》1月1日报道，2016年，中国房产投资者或对澳洲商业化房地产，尤其是酒店的投资和开发领域的投资热情高涨。中国房地产网站ACProperty总监杨(Esther Yong)对此表示：“我们认为，一些中国投资者可能会扩大投资范围，转向商业投资。在过去的几个月中，有关商业投资的咨询明显增多。”
专为亚洲机构和高净值投资者提供科技和房地产投资的新投资公司塔朗加集团(Taronga Group)也对此表示，中国投资者对于澳洲高质量酒店及休闲设施的投资热情高涨。该公司总经理纳杜(Avi Naidu)指出：“这是合乎逻辑的，亚洲人如今更愿意在本土市场以外旅游和休闲，并花费大量金钱，精明的投资者将利用这种趋势。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
