北京市消费者协会近日发布的“在线旅游消费者满意度调查”数据显示,2015年在线旅游投诉占全年旅游投诉的88.02%,同时,根据北京市消费者协会的调查,79.38%的被调查者认为退改票费比例不合理,为在线旅游售后服务中最突出的问题。
88.02% 根据消费者网在线投诉平台统计,2015年全年共接到在线旅游投诉占全年旅游类投诉总量的88.02%。
1928件 北京市消费者协会统计,2015年前11个月共接到旅游服务类投诉1928件。
问题出在哪儿?在占比较高的在线旅游投诉中,问题主要集中在哪些方面?
根据北京市消费者协会启动的“2015年度在线旅游消费者满意度调查”,网上宣传与实际不符、订单被随意更改或取消、退改票费太高、霸王条款、强制捆绑其它产品等依次为被调查者最不满意在线旅游的主要问题。其中,
31.64% 最不满网上宣传与实际不符;
22.46% 最不满订单被随意更改或取消;
18.36% 最不满退改票费太高。
另外,在最不满意的在线旅游格式条款中,网站对第三方出现问题不承担责任占比最高,达32.06%,其次则为网站不对网络中断等问题造成的损失承担责任、一旦“注册”即表示接受网站所有条款,三者占81.5%。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边,打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
