从世界旅游业发展的一般规律来看，大众旅游时代，自驾车房车旅游将成为旅游市场的主体。在美国有1/3的旅游住宿设施、1/3的旅游时间、1/3的旅游土地以汽车露营形式存在，房车使用天数每年在50天以上，有800万美国人常年住房车。到“十三五”末，我国自驾游人数将达到58亿人次，比2015年翻一番多，约占到国内旅游人数的70%以上。
据测算，一个年产500台房车的生产线可以拉动就业800-1000人，拉动钢材、铝材、木材等材料4000万-5000万元；一个中等规模的露营地可实现大约200至400个直接或间接就业岗位，包括设计、制造、技术、服务、培训等，拉动3000万以上房车、木屋、户外装备产业。
截至2015年末,我国公路总里程超过450万公里，全国高速公路里程达到12.54万公里；全国汽车保有量达到1.72亿辆，驾驶员2.8亿人，这些都为我国自驾车房车旅游的发展奠定了客观基础。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
