西北地区的中高端酒店市场,原先由四星级酒店占市场较大份额的情况转为大量增加的五星级高端酒店,以及大量国内外同五星级优质酒店品牌的进入,2010年之后高星级酒店进入快速增长期。
西北地区中高端酒店在未来的发展中,通过自身硬件设施的进一步提高,软性服务的提升,从而以更加专业化和国家化的趋势发展。随着大量酒店品牌进入,市场的竞争性必将进一步加剧,这也给西北地区的酒店运营管理提出了更大的挑战。但由于市场仍有较大空间,未来西北区域将迎来酒店入市的高峰。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
