俄罗斯联邦旅游署署长萨福诺夫10月21日表示，反对俄酒店业者因中国游客增多而提价。
当地媒体此前报道说，由于到访中国游客人数增加，圣彼得堡酒店业者打算在2017年提高酒店服务价格。
萨福诺夫对塔斯社表示，俄联邦旅游署坚决反对酒店提价。他指出，提价将降低俄在世界旅游市场的竞争力，也与俄罗斯发展国内旅游市场方面的国家战略利益背道而驰。
萨福诺夫说，俄旅游领域的国家政策旨在使价格与所提供的服务相符合。
根据俄联邦旅游署数据，中国是俄罗斯最大的客源国。去年俄接待中国游客120多万人次，比上一年增长87%，中国游客在俄消费逾133亿元人民币。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
