近日，雅高酒店集团宣布完成John Paul收购事宜，该公司是礼宾市场的全球领军企业。John Paul 创始人 David Amsellem 将保留 20% 股权，并继续担任公司首席执行官。在本次收购中，John Paul 的估值为 1.5 亿美元，2017 年企业价值倍数(EV/EBITDA：企业价值/息税折旧摊销前利润)为 11 倍。
John Paul于2007年在巴黎成立，2015年与美国礼宾服务公司 LesConcierges 合并后，如今已发展成为全球高端客户及雇员忠诚度服务行业中的领军者。公司拥有来自各大顶尖公司的逾1,000名员工，在全球范围内为客户提供全天候定制礼宾服务，满足客户不同程度的需求。
收购完成后，雅高酒店集团将结合John Paul的行业优势，加强“以顾客为中心”的集团策略，通过更加宽泛的服务增加盈利渠道。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
