12月26日，华天酒店集团发布公告称，拟用公司及控股子公司的部分固定资产以售后回租的方式，开展融资租赁业务，融资租赁额不超过1.1亿元。
此前的不到半年时间内，华天酒店集团已通过定增、频繁的股权质押、政府补助等方式来寻求财务数据的改善，以及业务转型。此次通过固定资产售后回租的方式来拓宽融资渠道，或显示出华天酒店集团融资环境的窘迫，以及业务转型的艰难。
2016年被称为华天酒店集团的转型年，但这并非一帆风顺。财报显示，今年前三季度，华天酒店集团的归属母公司净利润为-1.233亿元，环比增长-679.74%。而截至今年三季度末，公司的资产负债率达65.7%，流动负债率高达73.1%。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
