卡塔尔Al Sraiya控股集团（Qatar’s Al Sraiya Holding Group ）从Skanska手中收购了华沙威斯汀酒店，预计价值为5600万欧元。据报道此次收购是中东投资者在波兰的第一笔酒店收购。仲量联行(JLL's Hotels & HospitalityGroup)建议Skanska出手。
仲量联行欧洲交易执行副总裁Patrick J. Saade表示：“受旅游因素的吸引、比传统市场具备更高的收益率和债务可用性的驱动，我们发现投资者对中欧和东欧地区的兴趣在增长，无论从经济角度而言，还是与世界最大的酒店公司构建关系，收购华沙威斯汀都十分有必要。”

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
