随着葡萄牙旅游业的蓬勃发展，也开启了资本在葡萄牙旅游业的投资盛宴。记者获悉，2017年葡萄牙新开及翻新改造重张超过50家，其中更有一半是在里斯本地区。
葡萄牙酒店业协会行政主席克里斯蒂娜对中葡财经眼表示，2015年是葡萄牙酒店业复苏的关键年，当年有40家星级酒店开业。2016年酒店开业数略有回落，预计2017年将会出现爆发式增长的态势。据初步统计，今年将有51家酒店新开或重张。
据了解，葡萄牙政府已经将旅游及酒店业列为重点推动扶持的产业之一。按照葡萄牙酒店协会的2020计划，葡萄牙将在未来3年再新开超过100家酒店以满足不断激增的市场需求。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
