2月27日，斯里兰卡国家旅游局在深圳举办了旅游推介会，期待藉由推介平台，和中国旅行社业者打造良好关系，以争取达到今年吸引250万位国际游客的目标。
斯里兰卡驻广州总领事Shanika Dissanayake表示，今年是中国和斯里兰卡建交60周年，也是双方签署建立贸易友好关系第65周年。接下来，斯里兰卡将积极关注中国一带一路政策，争取中国企业到访当地投资基础设施。
数据统计，中国于2014年后，就已经成为继印度之后的斯里兰卡第二大客源国。2016年，到访斯里兰卡的中国游客数量达27万人次。旅游局希望今年能实现吸引32.5万位中国游客的目标。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
