在2017中澳旅游年正式拉开帷幕之际，第四届“你好，西澳！” 旅游考察洽谈会在西澳大利亚州如期举办，3月8日至15日期间，来自北京、上海、广州、长沙、成都、重庆、杭州、南京、厦门及香港的共计35家旅行社共赴西澳，参加为期6天的洽谈会和旅游资源实地考察。
据西澳大利亚州旅游局北亚区国际市场总监倪建华先生介绍，自2014年首次举办以来，参加“你好，西澳！”旅游考察洽谈会的买家和卖家数量均呈逐年增长的态势，彰显出西澳旅游业对于中国市场的高度重视以及发展这一市场的决心。统计数据显示，在截至2016年9月的一年里，中国赴西澳大利亚州的访客达到4.86万人次，同比增长13.3%。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
