东胜中国（00265-HK）周日晚间发布公告称，于2017年3月10日（于交易时段后），买方日通投资有限公司（公司之全资附属公司）、卖方北园一波及卖方担保人张杰先生及许云生先生订立该协议，据此买方有条件购买而卖方有条件出售销售股份（占目标公司已发行股本78%），股份代价为约1.03亿日元（相当于约705.32万港元）。
据悉，目标公司Nibou Company Limited为卖方根据日本法律于2014年7月14日成立之有限公司。目标公司主要从事在日本的酒店所有权及管理。该酒店为9层高（包括两层地下室）的温泉酒店，总建筑面积为约5000平方米，并有约60个客房及停车场设施。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
