官方计划披露，其要在 2020底前全球持有并管理酒店超过160家。截至2016年底，万达酒店及度假村在中国持有并管理的豪华酒店已经达到104家，在海外已经拥有了6个酒店项目，其他5个项目分别位于黄金海岸、悉尼、芝加哥、洛杉矶以及伦敦。
再来看看集团方面，万达集团计划2017年集团资产达9000亿元，营业收入2658亿元。万达商业2017年收入1486亿元，其中地产收入1121.9亿元。新开业50个万达广场、2个万达茂、4家酒店，租金收入253.7亿元。从2017年到2025年，租金年均保持25%的增速。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
