山水酒店近日公布的2016年年度报告显示，2016年营业收入为3.71亿元，较上年同期下滑0.82%；归属于挂牌公司股东的净利润为1749.52万元，较上年同期增长0.42%；基本每股收益为0.17元，上年同期为0.17元。
截止2016年，山水酒店资产总计为4.54亿元，较上年期末增长1.83%。资产负债率为54.62%，较上年期末60.16%，下滑5.54个百分点。经营活动产生的现金流量净额本期为6875.47万元，上年同期为6055.46万元。
报告期内，山水酒店实现营业外收入较上年同期下滑81.08%，主要是上年中青旅山水酒店投资管理（北京）有限公司航天桥分店因提前终止营业取得了业主方的补偿，本年度没有发生类似事项，亦无违约金收入所致。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
