全球知名的私募投资公司喜达屋资本（Starwood Capital Group）今天宣布其子公司 Starwood Global Opportunity Fund X 已经出售了其拥有的一系列位于西班牙的酒店股份。这些酒店是喜达屋资本与西班牙知名酒店运营商 Melia Hotels International合资成立，Melia 所持股份不变。
出售的酒店包括四家闻名远近的滨海酒店（共有 2070间客房），分别是位于马拉加的 Sol Principe，以及位于马洛卡的 Sol Lanzarote、Sol House Ibiza 和 Sol Palmanova。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
