全球著名的地标酒店，伦敦 The Grosvenor House Hotel 的房产近日被美国房地产投资公司 Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp 收购，具体交易条款尚未披露。
The Grosvenor House Hotel 建造于 20世纪 20年代，于 1929年在伦敦 Mayfair 的 Park Lane 正式营业，是世界知名的奢侈酒店。目前由万豪集团管理，万豪董事长 Bill Marriott 在伦敦时非常喜欢居住在这里。
《星期日泰晤士报》曾在今年四月报道，《英国每日电讯》的所有者、亿万富翁 David Barclay 和 Frederick Barclay 曾向 The Grosvenor House Hotel 提出了价值超过 6亿英镑的收购要约。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
