奥地利酒店集团Vienna House（Austrian hotel group Vienna House）和泰国酒店管理公司Absolute Hotel Services Group（以下简称AHS）已经建立了一家合资公司，将在欧洲和亚洲市场开设两家公司的品牌新酒店。
两家集团都有相似定位的酒店品牌。目前，AHS管理着亚洲的22家酒店，其中有12家为U 酒店及度假村品牌，另有13家U酒店及度假村即将开业，Vienna House的亚洲办事处设在曼谷，在AHS的全力支持下，Vienna House 品牌将在亚洲得到成长。合资公司宣布计划每年完成两到三个项目，重点是城市酒店及度假酒店。Vienna House的欧洲办事处将监督中欧地区U酒店及度假村的扩张情况，重点是开设更多的城市度假酒店。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
