总部位于新加坡的房地产与酒店开发商乐斯太平洋控股（Roxy-Pacific Holdings）已收购其在日本的第二家酒店资产，日本Tenmabashi Grand Hotel Osaka，价值30亿日元，约合2700万美元。预计交易将于十月份完成。
这家九层楼共计154间客房的酒店于五月份开业，交易完成后将由Roxy-Pacific Holdings集团的Noku Roxy酒店管理部门管理，该部门目前在日本京都经营着精品酒店Noku Kyoto hotel。
日本目前迎来了旅游热潮，2017年上半年游客达1380万，与去年同期的1170万相比增加了17.9％。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
