提前上网预订酒店是许多人出行前的习惯动作,但你以为订了房、付了款还收到了“已经预订成功”的邮件短信就万事大吉了?不!当你拖着行李到店之后可能会发现酒店已经满房了,导致你根本无法顺利入住,这种情况在旅游旺季出现率更高!
据了解,“酒店超卖”即酒店接受的预订比实际房间多的现象是业内普遍存在的“行规”。在这一“行规”下,OTA(在线旅游商)还会通过低门槛引入代理商、低价竞争等方式来吸引客源,可因为管理不善、工作失误等原因,最终导致顾客成功预订了却入住不了的情况,绝非“酒店超卖”那么简单。对于消费者来说,若要保障自己能够顺利通过网络预订住上房间,不留多几个心眼还真不行!
一旦出现酒店超卖、到店无房的情况,酒店方和OTA的处理方式是怎么处理的呢?
以携程为例,预订赔付规定行规一般是:一旦遇到酒店无法入住,携程会与酒店协调安排原标准或以上级别的房间入住,并承担由此产生的差价,差价上限为原订单的首晚房费,若无法安排客人入住原酒店任何房型,携程会赔付原订单的首晚房费,同时帮助预订同区域其他酒店。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边,打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
