据俄罗斯媒体3月16日报道，中国企业家研究出了一个专供购买全球资产的成功公式——用竞争对手不想出的现金迅速可让卖家难以拒绝。中国安邦保险集团用76美元现金购买喜达屋酒店及度假村国际集团的每一只股票。而美国另一家酒店集团万豪国际集团在去年11月就用72.08美元购买喜达屋酒店及度假村国际集团每只股票达成初步协议。安邦保险集团准备用130亿美元买下喜达屋及度假村国际集团。如果此笔交易成功，它将是中国企业在全球不动产市场中有史以来的最大一笔交易。
今年1月中远集团(香港)有限公司购买了希腊比雷埃夫斯港。这些都是利用钱击败对手这种战术的典型例子。独立专家为希腊政府做出的评估是，每只股票在18.4到21.2欧元之间，但是中远集团(香港)有限公司却用现金在每只股票付了22欧元。结果它成为唯一投标者，并被希腊政府宣布为“优先投资者”。
中国化工集团公司使用同样手段，轻而易举吞并瑞士农化巨头先正达。不像美国的Monsanto那样，在交易中使用股票，而是只用现金。而且为每只股票付470瑞士法郎，比全球股市平均价高处近25%。此笔交易应在年底完成。

The hotel was great. Clean, well serviced, and well situated. The staff were also very friendly and could speak some English. Although this is the Garland Hotel, we had full facilities of the main hotel as well. The only disappointing thing was the clear window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a screen that could be pulled down, but this still left a gap that those in the bedroom were able to see through. The screen was on the bedroom side as well. It would have been better fitted on the bathroom side of the wall.

还方便。就在趵突泉旁边，打的也方便。出差住住不错。靠近泉城广场。周边吃饭的地方也不少。总体来说还可以吧。
